As a Los Angeles native, Eric has a keen and in-depth understanding of the city's unique sub-markets.

Within his first two years at the firm, Eric quickly surpassed Executive and 100% Club Rankings and has since earned consistent placement in the prestigious RE/MAX Platinum Club – which recognizes associates who rank among the very highest of producers. As a RE/MAX Commercial agent, Eric has won numerous company awards, including the National Achievements Award, earning him a well-deserved position as a consistent Top 50 Agent in the United States and a consistent Top 100 Agent Worldwide, placing him in the Top 3% of Commercial Agents Worldwide. An additional honor bestowed upon Eric was his induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame & the accomplishment of receiving the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement award, which were both established to celebrate Career Awards (earnings & tenure) & long-term success – saluting the most prominent producers.
Throughout 2020’s COVID-19 pandemic, Eric Dilanian’s untiring worth ethic proved invaluable in offsetting our harsh economic downturn. In 2021 & 2022, Eric once again surpassed all previous sales records and became a two time consecutive recipient of RE/MAX’s highly prestigious Chairman’s Club Award, placing him in the TOP 1%, Nationally. Eric's drive to help his clients achieve their goals is the same drive that helped him to complete a solo cycling trip from Monterey, CA to Santa Monica, CA – a nearly 400 Mile bicycle ride down Pacific Coast Highway.
Eric's dedicated work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, combined with his notable background in corporate valuation, banking, and consulting, allows him to provide his clients with an invaluable, strategic advantage in the pursuit of high-yield real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
Eric Dilanian earned his B.S. degree at the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business, with an emphasis in Finance and Valuation. Prior to joining RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty, Eric developed his professional acumen through extensive experience in corporate business and commercial real estate valuation, complex financial forecasting and analysis, and entertainment strategy consulting at companies including Frazier Capital Valuation, Bank of America, and Nielsen/Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.
In his spare time, Eric and his wife Cynthia enjoy traveling, having fun with their daughter Isabella, playing with Sophie, the dog, and Oreo and Oia, the cats, and maintaining an active lifestyle; skiing, tennis, cycling, and hiking!

Ricardo brings over 15 years of commercial real estate marketing experience. He is tasked with presentation quality and design for both digital and offline marketing materials. Using the latest technology and industry trends, Ricardo prides himself in the creation of unique visual concepts and information design.
During his career, Mr. Beristain has worked alongside some of the top brokers in the nation and has developed an intimate understanding of information design, commercial real estate trends, underwriting necessities, and technological demands. During his tenure, companies like CBRE, Colliers, Hendricks & Partners, Sperry Van Ness, and KW Commercial have utilized his exceptional services and skills.
Ricardo additionally served in the United States Marine Corps for four years where he was a small computer technician. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a focus on Information Technology.

Daniela Barrantes is a Transaction Manager to Eric Dilanian and The Dilanian Real Estate Advisors, assisting in nearly every aspect of a disposition or acquisition of multifamily/commercial properties in Los Angeles.
Graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2016 from Arizona State University with her B.A in Communications and 2 minors, Daniela quickly found a position at one of the top real estate brokerage firms in the nation, and rapidly learned nearly every facet of a real estate transaction. Over the course of 4 years, she gained the knowledge to be an expert in her position, earned her Real Estate License, and grew within the company with several promotions – all while building a strong foundation in marketing, technology, and office administrative tasks.
With over 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, Daniela is honored to be able to take care of Eric’s clients and his transactions.
